What we collect. From a parent or guardian, through our submission form: their name and email, the child's name, age and grade, and the child's work, which may include the child's image or voice. Our web host logs IP addresses only to run and secure the site.

How we use it. To review submissions, contact parents and publish selected work. Selected work appears publicly on our website with the child's name as the parent chose. We don't sell information, use it for ads, or use it to train AI.

Who else sees it. Google (submission form, email, storage) and Netlify (hosting), only to provide those services. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Parental consent. We collect a child's information only after a parent or guardian signs our consent form.

How long we keep it. Unselected submissions: 30 days after the issue publishes. Unsigned consent requests: 14 days. Published work and its consent form: until the parent asks us to remove it.

Your rights. A parent can review or delete their child's information, stop its further collection or use, or have published work removed, by emailing [email protected]. We confirm you're the parent and respond within 30 days. If we deny a request, reply to appeal.
